L89gam Terms and Conditions — User Agreement

1. General Terms

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on l89gam, you must complete a registration form and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed, and your winnings may be forfeited.

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and violates our terms. We track IP addresses, device IDs, and payment methods to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing your login credentials or account with anyone else is prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity from your account. Keep your password confidential and change it regularly. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify us immediately.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

To deposit money on l89gam, you must use your own funds and the payment method must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and such deposits will be refunded. Minimum deposit is BDT 100 and maximum limit depends on the payment method. We support mobile banking, bank transfer, card, and e-wallet.

To withdraw, you must complete KYC verification and withdraw using the same payment method you used to deposit. Minimum withdrawal is BDT 500 and processing time is typically 24 hours. Larger withdrawals or first withdrawals may require additional verification. We maintain a maximum withdrawal limit of BDT 500,000 per week and BDT 2,000,000 per month.

L89gam does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may charge fees. Bonus funds require wagering requirements to be met before withdrawal. We reserve the right to suspend or reject any transaction suspected of fraudulent activity or money laundering.

5. Gaming Rules and Conditions

Game outcomes are final and not reversible unless there is a technical error.

Read the terms before claiming a bonus. Bonus abuse or violation of terms will result in cancellation of the bonus and winnings.

Bonuses are for recreational players only. Bonus abuse through creating multiple accounts, collaboration, or low-risk betting is prohibited. l89gam reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on l89gam:

• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts
• Providing false information or fake documents
• Using third-party payment methods
• Collaboration, bots, software, or other unfair means of playing
• Bonus abuse or violation of terms
• Money laundering or other illegal activity
• Harassing or abusing other players or staff

Violation of these terms may result in l89gam immediately suspending or permanently closing your account and forfeiting all balance. We may also contact law enforcement authorities.

8. Liability and Limitation of Responsibility

L89gam services are provided on an "as is" basis. We cannot guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. l89gam is not liable for technical issues, server downtime, network problems, or third-party service failures. However, we strive to maintain the highest reliability.

You are fully responsible for your account, deposits, and bets. l89gam is not liable for any loss, lost winnings, or other damages that may arise from using our services. You play at your own risk and should play responsibly. We do not compensate for gaming losses.

In the event of a technical error or game malfunction, l89gam reserves the right to cancel and refund affected bets. Winnings credited incorrectly due to an error will also be forfeited. We are committed to identifying and correcting errors.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

L89gam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for any reason or no reason. We may close accounts for terms violations, suspicious activity, KYC failure, or other reasons. You may also request to close your account at any time through customer support.

When an account is closed, all your pending bets will be settled and your balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded if there has been no terms violation. In case of terms violation, all balance and winnings will be forfeited. Closed accounts cannot be reopened and creating new accounts is prohibited.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by international gaming law and the laws of l89gam's licensing jurisdiction apply. Any dispute between l89gam and the user will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, it will be settled through independent arbitration or legal process.

You agree not to participate in any class action or group lawsuit against l89gam. All disputes must be settled individually. l89gam's decision is final and binding. If you are dissatisfied, you may submit a complaint to our customer support.
